UPDATE: Day 7

Finally news from the crew! Today the guides posted an update about the climb and included a picture! Here's what Ryan had to say:

Hello back home from base camp. We had a great day climbing up to C1. It is what we call a carry day, each climber brought up some light personal gear to leave at camp one for when we make the move up to sleep there. It was a bit windy but clear and cool with views all around. We stashed our gear, ate some lunch and returned to basecamp. We will have a big dinner here tonight in our big dome tent and then enjoy a rest day tomorrow. Today our team did great and everyone is feeling good as we look forward to moving higher!

Chris looks happy and excited!! And it looks like a beautiful day for a climb!
